18m 長途飛行記錄泰航蘇黎士 Flying with your toddlers （UPDATE） @ 香香的故事

這次我們要去瑞士！！！！！！we are going back to Switzerland!

一共17小時的飛行+轉機時間......我一開始就皮皮剎

我們隨身行李喜鋪媽媽包一個，爸爸pantagonia背包一個，maclaren quest推車一個

香香在泰航候機室 xx at airport

i was so nervous before we fly,

make sure u called the airline and ask for the correct price for your under 2yr old, (cause we almost had to pay doble at airport!)

and decide u want ur stroller to be picked up at gate or at luggage pickup, and tell the staff at counter.

我一開始定機票時緊張的要死，

因為香香不到2歲不用機票只要付個9000的費用（還是很貴呀！）

電話中泰航說到機場付款購買ok。不必直接衝到泰航買（嬰兒票不可以在網上直購）

所以到了機場我們要買結果泰航是由復興航空代辦，跟我要收將近15000的機票錢，

我一直據理力爭但是他們說電腦上顯示的就是14800，沒有9千塊的價位，

搞了好久大概45分鐘我說：我先生孩子在checkin counter等我很久了，我要過去，你先刷我1萬4吧，

收據跟證明一定要給我，我到時再跟泰航fight回這錢。

結果媽媽心情有點被影響，最後到了登基口他們復興地勤衝過來找我說要退刷剛剛的14K，是他們的錯，又可以算我9千了，

真是一場烏龍！我唾棄你們復興沒sop的作業方式！爛！害我心情不好了2小時

當時的爸爸也有點down，隔壁的小姐是剛去costco shopping要帶去泰國嗎，顆科科～

哈哈哈

在候機室認識的妹妹好可愛，後來在飛機上一起玩喔～

泰航從tpe到bangkok的這一段是沒有personal entertainment system的，
there isnt any PES from TPE to bangkok, nah!

不過我們香香本來就有自己的娛樂系統，噹噹噹！請看！but we are prepared!

建議大家要出國前，訂票前，多比較，上航空公司官網以及旅行社比價，
現在很多航空公司自己開發了完整的網路訂票系統所以有時他們的promo會比旅行社優惠
這次我們就比出燦星比泰航官網貴4000（2人），寶寶票貴1500，
我就直接上泰航訂了，而且直接刷卡可以有保險，但是會有一小筆（約700多）的什麼國外刷機票鬼費用。有問題也可以直接找泰航不必透過燦星。

選位時也多參考seat guru喔～我還下載圖片to my iphone確認我們不會被劃到地雷位（我有網路劃位但是我到機場還是跟地勤橋空位換位子）地勤還誇我好厲害

remember to compare the price between travel agent and airline websites, i learned the the price could be cheaper with promotions on airline website than travel agent （normally its cheaper to buy them with online travel agents in Taiwan, but most of the airlines now have their own online purchasing system so......), and check out the Seat Guru before u select u fav seats

this is the lousy 70s projector big screen entertainment system.只有一種show，愛看不看拉倒！

one good thing about Thai Air is that they really do care about family traveling with children,

well, firstly the plane was not full, second i have asked them if its ok we wish to have the whole row by ourselves,

we didnt get the front seats at bulk head cause we know they are popular and there will be a big chance that we get some stranger sitting in our row, since xx wont be able to sleep in the bassinet we shall let bab travelling with infants to have it, and last because i thought u cant left the armrest and accordign by Seat Guru the seats there are narrower due to the table is intalled in the arerest.

泰航給我們4個位子，他們對家庭有寶寶的旅客很好，加上這航班有空位～

我們不要前面可以掛藍的位子，1是因為我們想讓給有嬰兒的乘客，2是因為很搶手，可能無法有4個連位，3是因為看了seat guru說的第一排位子比較窄，因為桌子在把手那邊，4是因為把手可能不可以伸起，香香就無法睡覺，而且離wc很近關WC門聲會很吵

還算空，好死寂乘客們喔顆科科～（我偷拍人家還嫌麻豆們不夠活潑喔！）

發的什麼爛果子，70年代的產物嗎？你嫌飛機不夠乾的話多吃一點，

與1歲半寶寶長途飛行的重點來了：

在網路checkin時如果你要選位記得不要太靠近wc，不要第一排，不要最後一排，中間要跳號 (e.g. |D|E|F|G| 你選D跟G），到機場要請地勤盡量幫你留位置，因為你家寶寶很怕生會大哭不停（有效喔！）。remember to select the seats away from WC, not first or last row, and if you want 4 seats in a row remember to select both aisle seats, and remember to remind the staff at airport to remain the empty seats for u and the "unbelievably cranky baby" XP

我這次選曼谷到台灣回程時故意選44號，（真的沒人選）因為不吉祥嘛，不過負負得正，旅途super平安平穩的！
可以的話爸爸媽媽其中一個可以order特別餐點，所以其中一個可以先吃，另一個照顧寶寶，這次我就是選海鮮餐，超好吃的！還有寶寶也要幫選toddler meals喔！（2歲以下免票不可以選兒童餐，但是可以選斷奶餐或是infant meal，斷奶餐國外叫toddler meal）回程時要注意一下，有時定位組會忘記幫你連回程都定toddler meals。
one of the parents shall pre-order special meal so u get to served first while another taking care of the baby (i have seafood meals this time and they are so yummy!!), and rememeber to inform the airline that u need toddler/baby/infant meals , and re-confirm with the airline before u fly.
有時飛機的toddler meal或是餐點孩子不愛，除了零食以外，也帶一些可以果腹又方便的食品吧，出發時可以買烤番薯放包包，中途餓了可以吃，松青有賣真空包裝的水煮玉米，超棒打開馬上吃也可以帶出國 ,御飯糰之類吃完沒東西要收的都不錯 if you are afraid ur baby might not like the food on board, feel free to prepare soemthing simple but familiar yet convinient for the kids like corns, sweet potato, bread, 7-11 onigiri....
帶很多很多零食,不要甜的，不然寶寶會亢奮 bring lots of snacks for the baby, more of the plain or salty types, less sugar plz, u do not want a hyper baby onboard
很多很多尿布上飛機，6-10片 (不要褲型的，不方便！飛機上太冷+wc換尿布台超小），但不要帶太多在行李裡，暫位子,萬用濕紙巾也多帶一下。wet napkins and lots of diapers like 10 of them, not the pull-up ones, trust me they are not handy when u r on the aircraft, and dont bring too many of them into ur checkin luggage, unless u r going to.... urm...mars?
寶寶舒適換洗衣物(2套以上，連身睡衣都ok）,包屁衣一定有帶，當內衣兼肚圍，不怕著涼, 爸爸媽媽也帶個extra上衣，香香在飛機上光是去程就打翻不知多少東西，換了n次衣服。 bring 2 sets of baby cloth (pmjs ok too! onesie would be prefect!), and 1 top for both mom and dad, xx had to change twice on the airplane and we were lucky we got some cloths for her.
可以的話，準備ipad/phone/pod 裡面灌滿寶寶會喜歡或是沒玩過沒看過的程式以及影片（香香媽媽有巧虎寶寶版APPLE分享版）
bring a IPOD/phone/pad with lots of kids apps s/he like or never played, as well as some baby clips like 巧虎 or some cute cartoons, cute animal clips etc, i have them on a skydrive, msg me if you need them to install to ur smart phone or pads
DVD PLAYER OR NOTEBOOK also work
如果去的國家沒有寶寶習慣吃的東西，可以記得帶（善摩師象印）保溫罐，在國外弄粥弄白飯都很棒，出去野餐也實用（我自己有帶米） if baby prefer to eat rice or porridge, remember to bring a thermo, add boiling water and some raw rice, porridge can be made effortlessly in 6 hrs.
如果寶寶有喜歡的玩具就幫他帶著吧bring her lovey , if she has one
消毒的東西，像是消毒絲巾或是水神，東西掉地上很髒的飛機是你想像不到的骯髒 something to disinfect the seats, toys or paci (if they fall on the floor) cause aircraft is really dirty.
到機場看到太多人排隊大大方方走去business/first class check in那邊，寶寶在人群中不耐煩大哭大鬧會更不受歡迎的，
不要可可憐憐的推行李抱寶寶手推車還跟著排隊然後上網開罵，自己的權益自己爭取ok？登機聽到殘障在登機時你就先大方走過去，因為下一個就是帶寶寶的乘客，
at airport if there are too many ppl lining up just go to the biz/1st class checkin, no one wants a cranky baby in long witing lines.
at waiting room sit close to the boarding gate cause travelling with baby and stroller are priority.
跟空姐要玩具還有很多被子，還有飛機空的話上機后事先先跟空姐說可以的話請協助給你們一整排的位置，孩子很敏感易怒 ask for lots of blankets and some toy, if the flight is not full u can ask the staff to help u get the whole row (4 seats, idealy)
記得帶凡士林，棉花棒（記得帶個簡單的急救包:分裝的AD軟膏、防蚊液、備用退燒藥、溫度計、吸鼻器、指甲刀（兩週又長長）、乾洗手、酒精噴霧），塗一些凡士林在寶寶鼻孔裡，不然太乾燥的空氣他們會很不舒服的。bring Vaseline & Qtips (and a small first-aid kit: mosq. repellent, hand sanitizer, nail clipper, aspirator, bandaids, baby fever relief, thermometer, wound disinfect spray etc), apply some Vaseline in baby nostrils before the long fly, they will feel much more better and not getting dried out
有寶寶鼻子濕潤噴也可以帶著，我是在美國買的這款，
可以噴可以滴，超好用的！噴玩再用凡士林鎖水一下一整個旅程鼻子好舒服！這種也可以，不過小心壓力喔 if you have the baby nose saline spray or drop i recommend you to bring it, i used the Little Nose Saline Spray/Drop and its awesome! the bottle one would work but becareful of the air pressure, not sure if you can bring them onboard or,.
在飛機上他想幹嘛就幹嘛順者她不然會好痛苦, 我就牽著香香整個經濟艙逛了30幾趟，到處揮手握手致意，干嗎要選舉敢寬。 let ur tollder so whatever on the aircraft like walk around or play with other tollders (trust me, other parents are thankful if kids can play together by themselves) , with bubbly and lively personality kids like xx, they cant stand to be restrin at the seat for more than 2 hrs!
台灣的海關很好，只要有孩子，你可以帶水帶飲料帶湯帶粥都不會給你為難，所以盡量帶～
Taiwanese airport and custom are very nice to the family who travel with kids, they let you pass with ur soup, drink, water, alcohol spray or food with no questions.
